The licence fees for use of EstatesMaster are based on a sliding scala according to the Gross Internal Floor Area (GIA) of the proposed building.
There are 3 levels of access to EstatesMaster :
Level One : Initial 'Ball-Park' Appraisal
This licence is for use where you want to get a very high-level 'first-strike' check on your costs - +/- 30% either way. It is site-specific but ot suitable for benchmarking to best performance.
Level Two :High-level site-specific benchmarking
This licence is for use in high-level benchmarking where you have some knowledge of the scope of each cost centre and the impact of cost drivers on each of its cost elements
Level Three: Detailed site-specific benchmarking
Conversion from one Level to the next:
It is possible to convert a licence from one Level to another by simply paying the difference before the current licence fee expires.
Extension of licences:
Alternatively it is possible to extend a licence at Level Two or Three on a monthly basis.
