How Much Detail Must You Provide?

You need to be able to tell the program about;

• The costs of each cost centre taken over a year
• The scope of work included in each cost centre
• The size and shape of each building and the configuration (where known)
• Basic information about the service levels and the building specifications
• Nos. of people using the services

There is a detailed Helptext attached to all of the questions to ensure you don’t have any problems understanding how they have to be answered.

The 3 different levels of EstatesMaster access ensure that anyone can use the model – obviously the more in-depth knowledge you and your colleagues have on the estate the more likely it is that you will want to use Level 3 - unless you are just after a ballpark figure in which case Levels 1 and 2 should present little difficulties.
