Even with the adoption of this specialist help the cost of benchmarking using EstatesMaster is significantly less than manual benchmarking and this economy gets measurably greater as the size of the estate increases.
For licensees who wish to complete the questionnaires in the model themselves there is a detailed Helptext for every question asked by the program which should be sufficient to allow most people to answer the questions without reference back to the Licensor. In the event that users do have queries about the interpretation of the answer options or simply cannot understand when the Results are different form their expectations they can e-mail their query to the Helpdesk team at info@int-fpi.com.
IFPI aim to answer all queries within 24 hours during weekdays.
